Crossroads Hotel

The first Crossroads Hotel, Lilongwe, was built by Shaanti Constructions Limited in 2004 boasting 101 rooms and world class conferencing facilities. Ever since its establishment the hotel has run at a consistent 70% occupancy rate.

With the success of Crossroads Hotel Lilongwe, ZST added and additional Crossroads Hotel in Blantyre which opened its doors in 2018 with more branches expected to open in the near future.

Shaanti Constructions Limited was established in 1983 as a construction company establishing it as the first corporation of many under ZST Investment Ltd. ZST is a wholly family owned and run enterprise under the unwavering gaze of Chairman Mr Haroon Sacranie and his sons. The family has invested heavily in Malawi, specifically Lilongwe and Blantyre, helping the economy thrive.
